Dunkin Donuts - The Marathon Motivator

With only a couple of stores in UK, Dunkin Donuts had one wish: "make us famous". So we did that by hijacking the London Marathon with the ‘Marathon Motivator’, a motivational device that dangles a giant donut in front of runners to keep them going. This real device was originally from the 80's and found in the archives of Dunkin Donuts. Well, that's was what our fake back story claimes.
When this amazing device was discovered an old beta max tape was found as well. It contained an QVC ad proven the device was sold on tv back in the days.
On the shelfs above where the tape was found these 3 posters were folded neatly in a shoe box with a lable saying 'Nike is not the secret to running'

Dusting of another much bigger box the device itself was found. We gave it to top marathon runner, Scott Montgomery, who put it on and ran the entire 2017 London Marathon, where he ofcourse made a new PB.

And for sure it got picked up by the media even though it all was a big fat lie costing only 5k.
